170 Acres of Prime Hunting Land in Northwest Michigan
You’ll gain access to 170 acres of wooded land with 4 ponds and plenty of cover. The Deer live and sleep on this property versus passing through like others, as it has everything they need. When the hunting pressure is on from the private property surrounding us the deer come onto my property to hide and bunker down. The Buck in the picture below I took on November 27, 2023. So only a few days left in the season and this Brute I caught crossing a lane in some really thick stuff. So any Bucks that survive the initial volley from other adjoining properties on opening day of November 15th usually end up on this property because of the vast and varying cover and resources that my land has. Property is located in NW Manistee county about 15 minutes from Tippy dam and 20 minutes from Frankfort.
There are 2 track trails throughout much of the property for easy access with a quad or side-by-side to get to multiple spots throughout the property. The owner and his wife hunt the property also but with 170 acres, there is room for up to 4 additional hunters (approved by the owner). Not only is it a deer paradise but it has turkey, bear, and grouse on it. In addition, it has a fire pit to gather around at night over a nice campfire! This is a Buck only camp and we are in an antler point restriction area where a deer must have 3 points on one side to be legal.

This area has been requiring APR for Several years now and it’s really paying off. The Bucks are very nice here and we have lots of quality shooters every season! Furthermore, hunters are welcome to put up stands etc….
Maintained Hunting Property Providing Easy Access
The owner takes care of the property year-round which provides easy access to it. Hunters don’t have to worry about falling trees on the driveway or the 2 tracks, snow plowing, paying the property taxes and insurance, or posting NO trespassing signs around the property. None of the things that come with buying and owning the land. All you have to do is show up and enjoy hunting! Unlike other clubs or places that let in dozens and dozens of people over a season, only 4 will be allowed all year. A tour of the property may be available for serious inquiries.
*Cost: The standard price for this Michigan Hunting Property for Lease is $7500 for (2 persons).
Note: This hunting property in Michigan also has Coyote and Bobcat on here if you like to predator hunt. Porta-john is also available on-site.
*Trophy fee of $1200 per Deer in addition to standard fee. We choose this way vs higher upfront cost with no trophy fee in the event you don’t or choose to not take a animal or if you don’t tag out. No trophy fee for any other animal like Bear, Coyote, Bobcat etc…
You will get access to the property from Sept 15 Through January 1 for deer. If you wish to hunt Predators no problem just let me know and we will work it out.
